SOUTHWEST COWBOY SALAD

Try this simply and fast, Yee-Haw worthy salad.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pack of Southwest-Style chicken Patties from Mighty Spark
  • Greens- a more colorful mix
  • "Cowboy Caviar" (pre-made bean, corn & tomato salsa)
  • Avocado slices
  • Tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare the patties per the instructions. Grilling is my favorite, a skillet works great too.
  2. Slice the avocado and plate on top of a bed of greens
  3. Add the "Cowboy Caviar" and cooked patty
