Try this simply and fast, Yee-Haw worthy salad.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of Southwest-Style chicken Patties from Mighty Spark
- Greens- a more colorful mix
- "Cowboy Caviar" (pre-made bean, corn & tomato salsa)
- Avocado slices
- Tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the patties per the instructions. Grilling is my favorite, a skillet works great too.
- Slice the avocado and plate on top of a bed of greens
- Add the "Cowboy Caviar" and cooked patty
