Spice up your salad game with this quick and easy salad. You likely already have all these ingredients at the ready. Sizzle, slice & enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of Queso Fresco & Jalapeño Turkey Patties from Mighty Spark
- Jalapenos
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Onion
- Avacado
- Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive oil (dressing)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the patties per the instructions. Grilling is my favorite, a skillet works great too.
- Chop your veggies per you preference on size
- Combine the veggies in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
- Plate the veggies and top with the cooked patty
