Ingredients

  • MIGHTY SPARK FOOD Bruschetta Chicken Patties
  • OZERY OneBun Multigrain
  • HUNGRYROOT Mixed Baby Squash
  • RUMIANO CHEESE Organic Grated Parmesan Cheese

     

    Instructions

     

    1. Wash squash, cut off stems, + slice each in half; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender; set aside
    2. Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium; cook burgers 10 min, flipping every 1-2 min to avoid burning until hot + fully cooked; remove from heat, top with 1-2 tbsp cheese + cover until cheese melts, about 1 min
    3. Meanwhile, toast 2 buns until warm + golden
    4. Assemble burgers on toasted buns + serve along side squash—Mmm, looks tasty!
