ITALIANO BRUSCHETTA CHEESEBURGER W/ BABY SQUASH

Ingredients
- MIGHTY SPARK FOOD Bruschetta Chicken Patties
- OZERY OneBun Multigrain
- HUNGRYROOT Mixed Baby Squash
- RUMIANO CHEESE Organic Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Wash squash, cut off stems, + slice each in half; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender; set aside
- Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium; cook burgers 10 min, flipping every 1-2 min to avoid burning until hot + fully cooked; remove from heat, top with 1-2 tbsp cheese + cover until cheese melts, about 1 min
- Meanwhile, toast 2 buns until warm + golden
- Assemble burgers on toasted buns + serve along side squash—Mmm, looks tasty!
