Ingredients
- SILVER HILLS BAKERY Sprouted Whole Grain Burger Buns
- MIGHTY SPARK FOOD Ground Fajita Chicken
- HUNGRYROOT Sweet Potato Fries
- HUNGRYROOT Superfood Tomato
- HUNGRYROOT Fresh Lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°; place fries on a sheet pan, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, season with salt/pep + toss to combine; bake 15 min, turn fries over + bake 10-15 min until browned + tender
- Meanwhile toast 2 buns until warm + golden
- Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med; add half the chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 6-8 min until fully cooked; add ½ cup sauce + cook for 2 more min + squeeze fresh lemon
- Scoop chicken on to bottom bun and close with the top bun
