Ingredients

  • SILVER HILLS BAKERY Sprouted Whole Grain Burger Buns
  • MIGHTY SPARK FOOD Ground Fajita Chicken
  • HUNGRYROOT Sweet Potato Fries
  • HUNGRYROOT Superfood Tomato
  • HUNGRYROOT Fresh Lemon

     

    Instructions

     

    1. Preheat oven to 425°; place fries on a sheet pan, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, season with salt/pep + toss to combine; bake 15 min, turn fries over + bake 10-15 min until browned + tender
    2. Meanwhile toast 2 buns until warm + golden
    3. Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med; add half the chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 6-8 min until fully cooked; add ½ cup sauce + cook for 2 more min + squeeze fresh lemon
    4. Scoop chicken on to bottom bun and close with the top bun
