CHICKEN THAI TACOS

The best part about Mighty Spark’s Thai Style Chicken is that the product is so flavorful that very little 'extras' are needed to make a crowd-pleasing dish. This recipe has only four ingredients, but don’t let that fool you-the end product will taste like you’ve spent hours on tonight's dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Mighty Spark's Ground Thai Chicken or any MS ground meat
  • 1 bag Coleslaw
  • Mini Flour Tortillas
  • Peanut Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap eight mini flour tortillas in tin foil and toss into the oven, heating until warm. This will be about 8-10 minutes, but if you toss them in at the beginning, they'll be ready as the rest of dinner is done!
  2. Meanwhile, warm a skillet to medium heat and brown Mighty Spark's Ground Thai Chicken. There's no need to drain- the chicken is very lean and those juices make a great sauce!
  3. That' all it takes to prep your tacos, simply assemble! Begin with a base of the Sweet Thai, toss on a handful of coleslaw, and top with a drizzle of peanut sauce. Enjoy!
