Stuffed shells is one of those miraculous recipes that FEELS really fancy and makes for a gorgeous table-setting, but in reality it's pretty simple to put together. Using our Ground Bruschetta Chicken really ups the ante on this classic dish!

  • 1lb  Mighty Spark’s Ground Bruschetta Chicken
  • 1 box Jumbo Pasta Shells, cooked al dente
  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 12 oz Ricotta
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesan, freshly shredded preferred
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 Jar Marinara of choice
  • Salt & Pepper to preference
  • Oil of choice

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Begin by browning Mighty Spark’s Ground Bruschetta Chicken in a lightly oiled pan, keeping the crumbles fairly small. Once the chicken is cooked, add the spinach and stir until slightly wilted. Remove mixture from the pan and place onto a paper towel lined plate to cool before next step
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and spinach with the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg. You may add your salt and pepper here, if desired
  4. In your baking dish, cover the bottom 1” with marinara sauce. Then, carefully, scoop a generous amount of stuffing mix into the large pasta shells and place into the dish
  5. Cover the dish and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the cover from the dish and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with freshly grated parmesan on top
