BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN SKEWERS

Here's an eye and taste bud pleasing appetizer for your next gathering.

 

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 pack of Mighty Spark Bruschetta Ground Chicken (1lb.)
    • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (optional)
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Mozzarella Balls
    • Fresh Basil Leaves
    • Balsamic Reduction Sauce
    • Kabob Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the ground chicken into meatballs. This can be combining the ground chicken and breadcrumbs or just the chicken. Place the meatballs on a sheet and bake for 15-20 min at 400 degrees until they are golden brown.
  2. Stack the (cooled) meatballs, tomato, moz. balls and basil on to skewers.
  3. Drizzle with the balsamic sauce and serve.

 

They're great off the stick or add the stack to a salad or pasta.
