Our adaptation of the classic Vietnamese sandwich in flatbread form.

  • 1 pack of Mighty Spark Thai-style Ground Chicken
  • Pizza crust. Store bought, home decide
  • Peanut sauce
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 3-4 mini sweet peppers
  • Shredded carrots
  • Cilantro
  1. Spoon and spread the peanut sauce onto the crust.
  2. Slice the Jalapeños and mini sweet peppers into slices. Remove the seeds and layer onto your crust.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded carrots onto the crust.
  4. Brown up a pack of Thai-style ground chicken and sprinkle the crumbles onto the crust. Set the unused ground chicken aside for lunch tomorrow.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
