BHAN MI(zza)
Our adaptation of the classic Vietnamese sandwich in flatbread form.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of Mighty Spark Thai-style Ground Chicken
- Pizza crust. Store bought, home made...you decide
- Peanut sauce
- 1 Jalapeno
- 3-4 mini sweet peppers
- Shredded carrots
- Cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spoon and spread the peanut sauce onto the crust.
- Slice the Jalapeños and mini sweet peppers into slices. Remove the seeds and layer onto your crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded carrots onto the crust.
- Brown up a pack of Thai-style ground chicken and sprinkle the crumbles onto the crust. Set the unused ground chicken aside for lunch tomorrow.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
