Sweet Thai Sliders
Created specifically for our Burgerlicious competition in Miami, FL, these sliders pack some serious flavor in a small package! The real secret to this recipe is that it only takes 15 minutes to put together, making it an easy shareable to make for a crowd, simply double or triple the recipe as needed.
Serves: 6 sliders
- 1 lb Sweet Thai Chicken Grind by Mighty Spark Food Co
- 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
- 1 Cilantro bundle
- Peanut Sauce, to taste
- Brioche Slider Buns
- Begin by forming 6 mini-patties out of the Sweet Thai Chicken grind. Remember that the patties will shrink when cooking, so make them slightly larger than the buns! Saute on medium-high for roughly 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To assemble Slider, cut buns in half, place patty, place a solid handful of broccoli slaw, add cilantro to taste, and top with a generous amount of peanut sauce. The sauce will help keep the slaw together!
- Serve with a toothpick for slider stability, and enjoy!
