Green-Loaded Chicken Sausage Pasta
- 1 package Sweet Potato Maple Chicken Links by Mighty Spark
- 1 package Zucchini Noodles by Cece’s Veggie Co
- 4 cups of kale, chopped
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
- 2 tbsp oil of choice
- Add oil of choice to a pan on medium heat. Coin-cut the Sweet Potato Maple Chicken Sausage and add them to pan. Stir occasionally and allow to brown on sides.
- Add kale and sauté until wilted, about 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add zucchini noodles. Sauté quickly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Top with basil and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
