Gouda, Riesling and Spinach Butternut Pasta
- 1 package Smoked Gouda & Riesling Chicken Sausage by Mighty Spark
- 1 package Butternut Noodles by Cece’s Veggie Co
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cup ricotta or 8oz goat cheese, if desired
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil of choice
- Add oil of choice to pan on medium heat. Coin-cut the Smoked Gouda & Riesling Chicken Sausage and add them to pan. Stir occasionally and allow to brown on sides.
- Add Butternut Noodles, sauté for 3-4 minutes. When you can pierce the Butternut Noodles easily, turn off the heat.
- Add in spinach and balsamic vinegar and quickly toss with sausage and noodles to heat through.
- Top with ricotta or goat cheese to serve.
