Bruschetta Butternut Noodles
Mighty Spark's ground Bruschetta Chicken is already flavored to perfection, so it makes a great jumping-off point for simple recipes. Paired with Cece's Veggie Co's Butternut Noodles, this easy veggie-forward low carb dish is as easy as it is delicious!
- 1 package ground Bruschetta Chicken by Mighty Spark
- 1 package Butternut Noodles by Cece’s Veggie Co
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Parmesan, to taste
- In a skillet, brown the Bruschetta chicken, leaving in slightly larger bite-sized pieces. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Swirl the pan to combine vinegar and oil.
- Once combined, add Butternut Vegetable Noodles to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with parmesan (we like lots!) and enjoy.
