BRUSCHETTA BUTTERNUT NOODLES

Mighty Spark's ground Bruschetta Chicken is already flavored to perfection, so it makes a great jumping-off point for simple recipes. Paired with Cece's Veggie Co's Butternut Noodles, this easy veggie-forward low carb dish is as easy as it is delicious!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package ground Bruschetta Chicken by Mighty Spark
  • 1 package Butternut Noodles by Cece’s Veggie Co
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parmesan, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a skillet, brown the Bruschetta chicken, leaving in slightly larger bite-sized pieces. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Swirl the pan to combine vinegar and oil.
  3. Once combined, add Butternut Vegetable Noodles to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve with parmesan (we like lots!) and enjoy.
